Bra question (WOMEN/LADIES)?

Mei

So um... I'm very petite and I'm 14. My bra size is supposed to be 24DD but I couldn't fine that anywhere but online (cant order online) I tried 26D, 28C, 30B and I can't find anywhere. I did however find a 32B and the cups are pretty much comfy but if I jump too much it "moves" or "jiggles" too easily (sorry for awkwardness) and I'm thinking its because the band is too big (I'm 23 inches under bust) so can I tell my mom to sew the band? What are my options?

Answer
Ewa-Michalak is a brand that makes custom 24 bands.

Rixie Clip is a bra band shortener. It's okay for small adjustments (i.e. making a 26 band feel like a 24) but it won't work miracles, like making a 32 feel as snug as a 24.

Here are two guides for alterations:

Bra Size Issue? Mid Back Pain around the band/strap where the hooks are?

Hello. I am a petite woman, and I have been having issues with my bra lately. Sometimes I get pain in my mid back where the bra band/strap is, or where the hooks are to make it more clear. I have been fitted however I am still having this issue. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions? Sometimes the pain is worse on some days than others. I noticed with sports bras I tend not to have this pain. Thank you for your help!
I am probably either an A or B cup however it is possible I am a C. I do not define these as large sizes however, and it would not make sense that this would be the cause of the pain from my view

Answer
Bra size and posture plays a major role in women who tend to have larger breasts. As you said you never feel the pain when you wear a sports bra. I think its best if you will chose bra with more like of a sport bra to lessen your back pain. Wearing sports bra can support the weight of your breast unlike those with hooks.

Correcting a bad posture is also a big help in removing back aches. Many women who tend to have larger breasts use a posture brace corrector. It also helps in the relieve of neck, back shoulder and lower back pain.
