im a 36E and dont always feel like im being supported properly
the back tends to ride up and the straps seem to stretch
is there anywhere in the UK i can get a really good bra
that will support me and push me up a bit lol
but that is also pretty
i dont really mind how much is spent as long as its not ridiculous

If the band is riding up, it's too small. If the straps are digging in, the bra is probably too big in the band and too small in the cup. Do you have a Bravissimo near you? Check their website: http://bravissimo.com and use their store locator - they specialise in bigger bras. It sounds like you could be looking at more 34F/FF than 36E.
My advice is to get a fitting from there, then look elsewhere for bras. They're nice, but aimed at an older audience. I'm 16 and don't have all my bras from there (I'm a 28F, so the only place on the high street I can get bras is from Bravissimo. About 40% of my bras are 32DDs, which is the equivalent cup volume). They're also quite expensive, but see if there's anything you like.

I'm 34D, not like I have big boobs, but I find I pop out of so many bras and they never fit right even though I get measured. I beleive victorias secret is made more for average or small chested women. Is fredericks of hollywood better? Or any other companies?

I love Frederick's. I myself am 36DD and I always find bras in my size. They are also very helpful in helping you find the right size for you. I saw a documentary on the history of the bra once and it said that the majority of women don't buy the correct bra size. Store attendants are trained to assist you in that. They offer a wide variety of styles, sized and materials. They are also pretty decently priced.
