Answer
Selecting Good music to Run/Walk to:
Music that you run to has to match your running. If you try and run to fast music that does not fit your pace of running, you have nothing good to work with.
I am sure you walk around listening to music. Take that music on a run with you. There will be many songs, in which you will come to realize, get in the way of your running. These are not the ones you want. There will, also, be other songs that come on, that you can naturally listen to while running and not miss a step in your running. These will be the songs that you need to run with. Some songs may be slower than others and some faster than others, this is okay, this is what you want, as long as you can move to them with ease. Put a copy of those songs into a group used just for running and or walking. My doing this, you are choosing music you like, and that will cause you to enjoy the experience more.
If you plan to race, then using music to practice with on a regular basis may work against you. Because the music may help set you into a habit of running a certain speed all of the time. Racing is about speed, you may start out kind of fast but the habit of running with music will cause you to unconsciously settle back into your comfort zone of speed.

Drowning Pool- Bodies
System of a down-BYOB
