I have this pretty new backless dress, which although it can be worn without a bra, like most girls, I'd be more comfortable with one. The problem is that I'm a bit top heavy (DD) and they don't make the sticky cup bras in that size - only up to a D.
Has anyone with the same issue as me tried one of the D bras and had it work out fine?

Thankfully I've not experienced this first hand(!), but my ex is a 34F and like the previous answerer found the stick-on bras absolutely hopeless!
We bought one once, like you to wear with a backless dress. It was good for 20 minutes of comedy value while we tried to make the damned thing do something useful, but beyond that it was of no earthly use whatsoever - save your pennies!
Again to support (no pun intended) the previous answer, we quickly abandonned the stick-on joke and she wore the dress without a bra, and looked wonderful. I would encourage you to be brave and do the same. You could certainly get some 'pasties' to cover up any nipple show-through if that worries you (which personally I don't think it should, but I know in America posession of nipples is a crime... ;) - you'll be fine and you'll look amazing.
I hate to sound all feeble-minded and guy-like but backless dresses are almost always stunning, and let's be honest - they're saying "I'm not wearing a bra", it's part of their charm! Wear it with a big smile instead of a stick-on nuisance, remember you look fab, and enjoy your curvy goodness! Stay smiley! :)

What's the best backless bra?

I have a backless shirt and want to buy another the only thing is I only have one backless bra and it does not give me enough support. Does any one know where I can buy one that really does work and give support?
I need a nude one and I want recommendations from people that use these bras. Thanks ;)

well deff go to victorias secret,
besides the fact i work there
i spend all my time around those bras!
yes you have multiple kind of bras that are backless.
you have the demi backless
which means it would look good on a V neck shirt
and also the pushup backless,
besides being backless it'll give you the support you want!
then theres the Uplunge which although does not give you coverage,
it does havea U shape in the front if your shirt if low cut in front as well,
although these bras a good for a limited use because they are backless the only way the actually stay up isbecause of some sticky material on the sides that go on your body.
go into your local VS store and take a look at one!
nude black and white colors are available!
