Bustier or adhesive bra?

MC

My wedding dress is clingy, especially around the torso. And it has a low back.

I also need some oomph in the bustline to fill it out. Sewn in bra cups don't work very well and are slightly visible.

So I need a bustier that is smooth/seamless, low-backed, and push-up. Does something like that actually exist?

Also are the sticky bras a better option?

Here is my dress:

Answer
I've seen halter style low back bras that would fill the bill - you would have to have the straps attached to the straps of the dress so that they don't show.

Does anyone make bras for triple breasted women?
