i have been looking for a great full figured sports bra for years! haven't found one yet. but i took a tip from jessica simpson (go figure, right?) and i wear a good comfy regular bra under a sports bra. that way, i have great support, by boobs don't jiggle when i run, and i don't get that unsightly "uni-boob."

Why do such few women at the gym wear sports bras?

It's bad for their bodies and their regular bras!

You're right. A sport bra is much better and more comfortable...once you're in it.
The thing is...getting in and out of a sport bra is sometimes frustrating. It it's a good sport bra, then it's pretty tight when it's on, so it's pretty hard to put on, hard getting past your head and your shoulder.
Really, I almost hurt myself several times just getting in or out of that thing.
I always put it on if I go jogging or running but if I just do low cardio on a stationary bicycle or strength/weight training, I don't bother to put my sport bra on.
Does anybody know if there's anything on the market right now that would offer the same tight protection of a sport bra but you don't have to squeeze your head and shoulders in there???
