I don't know much about fashion, and I was wondering if there was a good plus size clothing website (with cheap stuff that I can afford!!) that would be good for me to buy from. I prefer shopping online, but if there's a decent store somewhere, I'd be happy to try it. I like jeans shirts scarves and boots, and I don't really follow what's popular or in style.

My Friend whos a size 22 has asked me to help her with her fashion sense, i'm usually good with giving advice and putting together outfits, but when it comes to plus sizes i'm not to sure whats looks good and whats a no go zone.
Just some more info on her, she is very tall, blonde hair and carries most of her weight around her stomach and hips.
Any advice would be nice THANK YOU!

Think of your friend as yourself choose things that's similar to what you wear or what you know is IN, just nothing that has the stomach showing or arms some poeple find that in bad taste for plus size women....and if you DO find a nice plus size top that is sleeveless, tube, or spaghetti strap match that with a nice bolero to cover the arms but not make her hot since it's almost summer. go to http://www.torrid.com and check out the diff types of clothing they have online and you'll get the feel of what goes and what doesnt for plus size women. also shorts r sorta a no go for plus size women but if she has the legs for it...it's totally ok. If she's a BOLD type of OUT OF THE BOX dresser try pairing those shorts with a cute pair of leggings or SPANX...now this doesnt work for all shorts so you'll have to endure a bit of trial and error in matching some cute shorts with the leggings or spanx. You two should go to a mall that has a plus size store in it...mimic the styles that they have the mannequins wearing!
