Where do you like to buy your bras?

Q. I've asked this before and got a ton of girls say victorias secret. I like how they look but I'm looking for one that's comfortable as well. The ones I tried from them are itchy. I really like fredericks of hollywood but there's not one nearby to my knoweledge. I don't like the kind that cover the whole breast because they stick up above your shirt. I'm looking for a comfortable plunge type. Thank you girls!!!!!!!!!

Answer
Wacoal and Felina make fabulous bras for average and above average chest sizes. You can get these brands at Nordstrom, Macy's, and other nicer department stores. Felina makes sexier, prettier bras with matching undies. Wacoal makes bras that are uber comfortable and perfectly fitting, but are not as cutesy.

I have found that Fredericks and VS bras are poorly made, strangely proportioned, and are inconsistent in sizes. Also, they tend to be uncomfortable.

Being a 34dd, I am extremely choosy with bras. They have to have perfect lift, separation, and no busting or falling out over the top. I go with Felina as my #1, then Wacoal, and lastly Olga.

for ladies... what for you is the best brand of bra, in terms of enhancement, style, comfort, price?

Answer
Wacoal bras are the best hands down. Some what pricey compared to the Vanity Fair type stuff. Bu t they last forever and the quality is remarkable. Never put your bras in the drier...ruins elastic. Always wash in lingerie bag and hang dry. Buy one and you will never buy that other stuff again. They rarely go on sale but sometimes a seasonal pattern may go on sale. Trust me Wacoal is the BEST!

Are there any supportive bras for full figures that have skinny straps so I can wear them with tanks?

charleston

I know I am asking the impossible, but there must be something out there.

Answer
Wacoal bras have it right. The band and the cup support your breasts, so the straps can the thin! Hurray, it's a reality for those of us with big boobs! Now go to macy's or Nordstrom and try them on. They make great bras for the flast chested to the biggest sizes, they know what they are doing.

Post-breastfeeding bra?

DED

I'm about to finish breastfeeding my second child. I need to get rid of my nursing bras and replace them with comfortable, supportive, but sexy new bras.

I'm between a C and a D.

The problem is, as some of you may know, that after breastfeeding, the "girls" aren't as perky as they used to be, so I also need something with lift.

Any suggestions??

(I've already looked at Curvation)

Answer
W A CO A L bras are sexy, supportive, and high quality. I'm a DD and the Wacoal bras are great for getting the girls back up there. I know there are just load of Victoria's Secret fans out there, but anything over a C cup and you're not going to find their stuff is engineered properly. They're okay for smaller cup sizes, but bigger cups need the quality support of a Wacoal bra. At least go try on a Wacoal, you'll be amazed.
I've worn Olga, Bali, Victoria's Secret, Playtex, you name it and they all pale in comparison to the Wacoal. (Oprah gave their bras to her audience.)

Look at this store locator:http://www.wacoal-america.com/

Does Victoria's Secret have the most comfortable bras, if not, what store does?

y/a

I tried Gap Body, Bloomingdale, Herberger's, Walmart, and Kmart. A lot of the bras are pretty, but they're usually very uncomfortable. Do you think I'll have a better chance at Victoria's Secret?

I don't care how much it costs, just looking for something really comfortable and washable in the machine. Most bras are tight around my back and sides even though i got the right measurement.

Answer
Wacoal bras are very comfy high quality, get them at Macy's or Nordstom. You need a fitting to be sure you get the right size in a Wacoal bra- they run different than all the others. If it's not the right fit it will feel awful. My Wacoals feel so good I have actually forgotten I was wearing a bra...how often does that happen?

Bra question...what is the deal?

Rebecca

I'm having an incredibly hard time finding bras without padding in them. I wear a 36C, and all the bras in my size are padded!! All I want is a good underwire bra with no fancy lace or anything, not a sports bra, and no padding. Any suggestions of brands/websites? Even eBay is disappointing.
To answer some of the questions: I have always bought mine at Wal-Mart, and I love the cheapo Fruit of the Loom satiny spandex type ones, but lately even Wal-Mart and Penney's seem to only have those padded ones, unless I want a sports bra. I've tried all the cheap stores.

Answer
Wacoal bras - you can get them cheapish at Nordstram Rack and they have a bra that has no padding or frilliness but is still a good solid bra. I personally like the idea of the VS ipex though, with just a little padding right at the one place it can be useful. The VS bras don't last very long though, which is why I switched to Wacoal. Good luck, bra shopping is difficult.

What are your favorite bras?

funnyface

just a random question. i dunno if you all are as picky about your underwear as i am but hopefully im not alone. what are some absolute must have bras that you own?

i am always at victorias secret. their Body by Victoria full coverage bras and the Biofit full coverage bras are great! I like different types of bras but as a 34D full coverage is best in my daily life lol and these are the ones i couldnt live without. also padding - i like anything from no padding to lightly lined. too much padding makes them look a size bigger and i DON'T need that.

Answer
Wacoal soft cup bra. Good support for larger sizes (I'm a 32DD), but very comfortable!
