Where can i find a supportive Sports bra for dance. I need nude/ clear strap, (D) but i cant find dance bras w enough support or normal sporst bras w clear straps... Where should i look? (Order online)

What can I do about my bra at my school dance? girls and women only please!!?

ok, i have a school dance and the shirt I am wearing is spagetti straps. I have a strapless bra I can wear with it but I'm afraid if Im dancing to really fast paced song, itll be difficult to keep it up and its really embarrassing to constantly have to tug and fix your bra all the time. But if i wear a regular bra, its not impossible, but its pretty hard to keep the bra straps hidden under the straps of the shirt. Any suggestions? I really dont want to have to buy a different bra completely but if I do i guess i could get one of those with clear straps. but if anyone has a suggestion of what I could do please let m know :)

lol if you want you can go to a store that cells bra's. then take a couple bra's to "try on" be sure to take one with clear straps andd in the changing room take the clear straps off. and put them in your pocket. keep that bra in there and take the rest out and put them back. (usually strapless bra's will have clear straps also which you can take on and take off) if you dont want to do that then simply but a cheep one. i dont usually shop at target but they have pretty cheap and kinda cute bra's. they are only about 5 dollars. if you cant do that just wear your strapless one. it'll probably be finee:) good luck

Either wear a sports bra with a regular bra under it (extra support) or a sports bra for practices. If ur performing wear a nude with clear straps

Every girls boobs are like that. No ones breast are the same size. I would maybe get a bra that is 30A with removable padding and take out the padding in your bigger breast cup. That way in the dress you will look even and feel comfortable. You could actually do this for every day wear.

Flirting is easy. Make eye contact, smile, giggle at his jokes (even when not funny), touch his arm while talking to him, when he is telling a story lean in as if you are really interested. I think that will do for an 8th grader. He will love it.

Stop stressing. Take a nice bath, get good sleep, and know that your dance is going to be a blast. Drink lots of water and your skin will clear up. good luck and have fun sweetie

A soft cup bra or a sports bra? Our dance teacher said no bra straps should show. And I have a period question, which is best for dance? Tampon, Pad, or panty liner?

No not a strapless bra, your poor boobs will pay the consequence in the future. Sports Bras come with all different backs. Try to get a razor back or tee back. Can't see them under neath tank tops. Next I would get Playtex sport tampons and wear a panty liner with that to avoid bleeding through.

Question for girls who dance ballet?

Hi, I just started ballet and have a question about leotards. Do you wear undergarments with your leotard? At the dance supply store the woman who worked there told me that you shouldn't wear any underwear because of the lines. Also, if I wear a bra with my leotard the back and straps show. Are here undergarments to wear especially under leotards?

You may wear normal underwear under your leotard if you want to, though it sometimes does show. I suggest buying a specific dance bra to wear underneath your leotard, as they still provide enough support but just look like it's part of the leotard. Also, you could buy a leotard with a built in shelf-bra if that would be easier for you.
As far as knickers (undies, panties etc) go, you don't really need to wear them (it sounds yuck - I know! But the leotards are designed to have a sort of underwear look down there and they are very comfortable) but if you do wish to wear undies the best thing to wear is a dance g-string. They may be a little uncomfortable at first, but you can't see them under the leotard and it still provides the same function as normal underwear. Don't be freaked out! Once you have gotten used to it, it is not uncomfortable at all.
All of the above depends on your personal preferences, and if you still think you should wear normal undergarments then do so. How can you dance your best if you are uncomfortable!
