is it me or is there really a size difference between a 34A girls bra compared to a 34A womens bra

Yes, there is. It's all depending on the body shape. The girls bra is not as supportive and is probably smaller because it's for a smaller frame. The womens bra is catered for a larger body. For example, Victoria's Secret sizes are bigger than their Pink line sizes because the Pink line is catered to a younger demographic. The difference isn't too big-at the most, at least a cup size (if you were a 32B at Pink, you'd be a 30B or even a 32A at the regular store). But in most cases, the biggest difference is in the style, the amount of push-up, etc. If it's a push-up bra, there would be a difference in the padding between the juniors sized bra and the womens.

i know sounds wierd but i do everytime i try on a bra it is either too big or just make my boobs look absolutely weird so my question is...
What is the most comfortable all-over efficient bra you have in your closet or drawer or wherever you keep them?
i want to know the brand name, where you got it, and the price.
This question is prob aimed to more "not-as-gifted" girls b/c i hav a smaller chest

i'm a small chested girl too, 32A (but i'm really short & skinny so it fits).
anyway, i have the same problem as you with finding bras that fit right.
the best ones i've found are on JCPenny.com & at walmart.
victorias secret has some nice ones too, but i can't justify paying that much for a bra at this time in my life (i'm 17 & broke lol)
the ones at walmart that i got were in the juniors half on the lingerie dept. they're all multi-colored & cute looking, but really make your chest look nice & natural & sexy. when i got mine the were like $10 each.
the ones i got from jcpenny (they only really have them online i think?) are:
