Where to buy cheap but decent bras?

Isabella

I usually buy bras at walmart, but my gma really hates paying $10 per bra, so i was wondering if there was a cheaper place to buy bras? (yes, I know, we're cheap). I don't care about brand, or design. as long as it's an under-wire, it's fine. (I really really hate sports-bras) So, can anybody help me, or am I stuck with the Walmart $10?

Answer
You really aren't going to find bras that are cheaper than that unless someone is having a HUGE sale and/or that particular brand or style is being discontinued. Try stores like Stein Mart, Ross, etc.
When Dillard's has their huge sales, sometimes you can find some bras for around the price you are requesting. Victoria's Secret has there semi-annual sale twice a year (January and July) and their bras will run about $19.99.
I know you said that your family is cheap, but a good bra is a good investment. That is one item you shouldn't be cheap on. You really do get what you pay for. Bras that are $10.00 and below, such as bras from Walmart don't give you the support that you will need. A good bra can make a huge difference in your appearance.

Where to get cheap bras?

Kim

My boobs are growing like crazy and I would like a good quality bra, but not an expensive one because I don't know if they'll be done growing. I'm about 14 weeks pregnant so I know they are going to get biiig the get smaller again after I breast feed. Soooo Is there anywhere that I can get a good cheap bra? Right now I need to find a 32D. Which I already know is going to be practically impossible. I can make a 34D work I suppose though. (I don't need nursing bras, just regular ones)

Answer
The bras at Ross are inexpensive, probably between $10-$18 or so. I think that Nordstrom Rack has a better quality and selection of bras (especially if you have a larger cup size), if you are willing to spend closer to $20-$30. The prices at Target would probably fall somewhere in between. Maybe consider some sports bras? The material is usually stretchy, so you might be able to get more use out of them as your chest size increases and decreases again later after you are done nursing.
